Have started planting Kale (Dinosaur Kale) in my humble balcony. Happily harvested some and turned into delicious breakfast today.
Nothing brings more satisfaction than eating your own freshly plucked vegetables for breakfast, together with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee.

Chopped kale was stir-fried in olive oil, with some garlic, then eggs mixture (2 eggs, milk, pinch of salt and some Japanese mayonnaise) was added in. Simple and yet delicious quick breakfast menu. Would love to try with cheese next time :)
P/S: Foodie has gotten a new lens recently, photos are taken with the Nikon D7000 + 35mm lens. Happy with the results.
